Participation in Aurora opportunities is restricted to wholesale, professional, sophisticated or institutional investors as defined under applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction. Aurora requires satisfactory evidence of eligibility before granting access to confidential material or accepting any application.

No material on this website constitutes an offer of securities or financial products. Any offer, if made, would be made only through formal offer documentation to eligible investors, and only in jurisdictions where lawful.
03Anti-money laundering and sanctions
Aurora conducts customer identification, beneficial ownership verification, politically exposed person screening, sanctions screening and source-of-funds enquiry in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. Aurora may decline, delay or terminate a relationship where these requirements cannot be satisfied, and is not permitted to disclose the reason in certain circumstances.
04Conflicts of interest
Aurora maintains a conflicts of interest policy and standing register. Actual and potential conflicts, including co-investment, related-party dealings, fee arrangements and personal interests, must be disclosed and managed, with recusal from decision-making where required.
05Valuation
Unlisted assets are valued in accordance with Aurora's valuation policy, using recognised methodologies and independent input where materiality warrants. Valuations involve judgement and estimation and may differ from realisable value.
06Fees and remuneration
Fee arrangements, including management, performance, transaction and any related-party remuneration, are disclosed in the relevant offer or mandate documentation prior to commitment.
07Complaints handling
Complaints may be submitted through the contact form on this website. Aurora acknowledges complaints promptly, investigates them, and provides a written response. Where a complaint remains unresolved, investors may be entitled to escalate to the relevant external dispute resolution scheme or regulator.
